ALL BIDDERS AND EMPLOYEES may join the bidding but subject to 10%(per unit) CASH BOND to be deposited three (3) days prior to bidding date.

STORAGE, REGISTRATION and /or TOWING CHARGES shall be for the account of the winning bidder. (This condition only applies to motor vehicles for bidding.)

Winning bidder agrees to release and forever discharges MICO from all actions, claims and demands whatsoever that now exist or may hereafter develop and particularly on account of all known, unknown and/or any loss and damages related to the foregoing items for bidding.
